This Return & Refund Policy (“Policy”) applies to all purchases made from Rich Trade through our website, retail locations, or authorized sales channels. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms set forth below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
1.1. Customers may request a return within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.
1.2. Returned items must be:
- Unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition as originally received;
- Packaged in their original box with all manuals, parts, and accessories included.
1.3. Items that have been assembled, mounted, used, or altered in any way are not eligible for return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following categories are strictly non-returnable:
- Custom-ordered or special-order parts and accessories;
- Labor or service charges, including bicycle assembly, repair, or installation;
- Consumables and wear-and-tear items (e.g., brake pads, lubricants, tires, tubes) once opened or used;
- Any product that poses health or safety risks if returned in used condition.
3. Return Procedure
3.1. Customers must contact Rich Trade in writing at irishheather@richtrade.us prior to sending any return. A Return Authorization (RA) number will be issued. Returns without a valid RA number will not be accepted.
3.2. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error by Rich Trade (e.g., defective or incorrect item supplied).
3.3. Rich Trade reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns or items shipped without proper packaging.
4. Inspection and Approval
4.1. Upon receipt, all returned items will be inspected to verify compliance with this Policy.
4.2. Rich Trade reserves the right to deny any return that fails to meet eligibility requirements.
4.3. If a return is rejected, the item may be shipped back to the customer at their expense.
5. Refunds
5.1. Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 5–10 business days of approval.
5.2. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect products.
5.3. Rich Trade is not responsible for delays caused by payment processors or financial institutions.
6. Exchanges
6.1. Exchanges may be permitted subject to product availability and prior approval.
6.2. Customers are responsible for any difference in price, as well as applicable shipping charges.
7. Defective or Incorrect Items
7.1. Claims for defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered products must be submitted within 7 calendar days of receipt, accompanied by photographic evidence.
7.2. Rich Trade will, at its sole discretion, provide a replacement, repair, or full refund for verified claims at no additional cost to the customer.
