Order Processing
All orders for parts and accessories are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be handled on the next business day.

Shipping Areas
We currently ship within 1806 LAKEVIEW AVE, RICHMOND, VA 23220. For customers near our service centers, in-store pickup or local delivery is also available.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping (Parts & Accessories): typically arrives within 3–7 business days depending on the destination.
  • Local Pickup or Delivery: available within ~1–2 business days after order confirmation.

Please note: Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as courier delays or logistics issues.

Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated based on the total weight, size, and destination of your order. Free standard shipping may be available for orders exceeding a certain amount—please specify this threshold (e.g., orders over $X).

Order Tracking
Upon shipment, tracking information will be emailed to you so you can monitor your delivery status.

Damaged or Lost Shipments
Rich Trade is not responsible for delays or losses caused by shipping carriers. If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours, including clear photos of the damaged packaging and items. We will assist you in filing a claim or arranging a replacement.
